Companies who are looking for a sub-contractor Telephone Engineer in North East England seem to like us. They come back for more. We don’t mind…
Oh, and of course, we’re local independent phone engineers. We carry out broadband and landline phone repairs for domestic and business customers ourselves in the Middlesbrough, Stockton, Darlington, Co. Durham and North Yorkshire areas.
An Intelligent Pair of Hands
We’ve been a local independent “intelligent pair of hands on site” for a select few telecommunications companies outside the area for a number of years. Organisations based as far away as Aberdeen, Bournemouth, Swansea, London, Manchester, and Reading seek us out. Many of whom are repeat customers.
We’ve worked in regional offices, factories, warehouses, chemical plants. And some very posh bars , and even in the huge loft of a landmark hotel at Scotch Corner, near Darlington. All on behalf of companies based outside the area.
Much work has taken place at a 60-acre pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Co. Durham, where bio-security procedures are strict. Similarly, we are trusted to maintain, install and diagnose mission-critical data equipment at the sites of the U.K.’s largest pub company. We could also add a major oil and gas multinational, where safety regimes are some of the strictest we’ve encountered.
Commercial Ethics (We Don’t Plan To Steal Your Customer…)
Unlike many other telephone engineers, we’re not attached to telephone system reseller. There’s no risk of us trying to steal their customers. We’re independent, and not driven by sales targets or hardware-shifting.
Safe Working
We can provide method statements, risk assessments, etc. We work on sites with the highest safety regimes.
Help For Your Helpdesk
We’re used to working in close coordination with a remote “help desk”. Typically, we’ll report on what we find on site, swap hardware as required. Plus complete a through survey, and then let a systems specialist carry out any programming work remotely.
Intelligent Surveys
We enjoy conducting cabling site surveys. We’ve pulled the odd cable ourselves in buildings of all ages, understand the process, and can spot the likely problems.
Support for Legacy Systems
We have a background in legacy PABX dealing with large phone systems dating back to 1999. Thus are able to provide detailed reports of equipment on site.
What Matters To Us
Finally, we are proud of our reputation of thoroughness, honesty, and integrity. We strive to do a good job, and reassure telephone system end-users. Plus, show whoever we’re working for in the very best light.
So, if you are an organisation with sites in the region, seeking a telephone engineer in North East England, or a telecomms reseller needing support for some of your remote sites, please drop us a line!.
